Meditation, the way to a balanced and healthy life. it's the road to happiness. What does meditation mean for us, humans; Peace of mind. We clean our thoughts from thoughts we don't need. Irational thoughts we made our own true. Sometimes these thoughts can control your life and make you feel miserable. You can make your body sickly with thoughts. The biggest friend of the terrible disease cancer, is stress. You make a daily moment for yourself. it's not a luxury, it's a need. We all need time for ourselfs even if it's only 10 minutes a day. When you take 10 minutes daily, you feel more better and you'll take 15 minutes or 30. It will grow because of the benefit you'll get from it. Some people set their alarmclock one hour earlier to have this extra time to do meditation and make a good start of the day. Those are the happy shiny people you'll see when you travel to work every morning. ( I know there are not so many so lets make a start and you'll be one of those happy shiny people.) YOU WANT TO BE A HAPPY SHINY HUMAN? START WITH 10 MINUTES EVERY DAY. There are many ways to do your meditation. Most people, when they think about meditaion, they are thinking about; sitting still, think about nothing (wich is inpossible). You will never start to do meditation because of the big mountain infront of you; your thoughts, thinking: I can never sit that long, my back is hurting or my thoughts will keep me buzy, I will think about many things trying to do meditation. Those thoughts are the walls of the prisson you keep your thoughts. So many reasons of not walking out of it and find your path of happyness in life. It's a choice. When you stand on the foot of a mountain, looking up, you may think: It's a wonderfull few on the top and a great feeling to reach the top. You just can imagine but you'll never realy know and experiance until you've reach the top and look for yourself. But before you reach the top you'll have to do a big climb starting with one step. With meditation it's the same. When you see happy people with peace of mind doing their daily meditation. You may think also: It's a beatifull way to walk the path of life. But you'll never experiance it if you don't start climbing your own mountain and start doing your own meditation. There are many ways to do meditation. You can pray to God and make it your daily meditation. Listening to music or mantra's daily can be your daily meditation. Even a practise with lots of exercises can be a way to meditate. The most famous way to do a meditation is to sit still and meditate in silence. When it's to buzy in your head, for most people the reason to start doing meditation, it's almost impossible to start with a silence meditation because your thoughts; creating silence, will keep you buzy and there'll be no silence in your head. It's more easier to start with music meditation. Every morning or evening, the same time daily, you make time for yourself. Starting with 10 minutes, most of you can share 10 minutes. If you have children, do your meditation before they get up or when they sleep in the evening. There is no excuse for not having 10 minutes for yourself. Only 10 minutes of the daily 1440 minutes in 24 hour,time. it's not selfisch because when you will start making peace of mind with your daily meditation, the people around you will benefit also from you. All you need is a headphone and 10 minutes daily to start with. You don't have to read, you don't have to write, just listen to the music and breathe. Controll your breathe. When you think this is to easy to start your feelings of happiness, imagine you're standing on the foot of a mountain wich you decide to climb so you can expereance the feeling of reaching the top and wach the view. Your first step is easy. When you make your first step doesn't mean you can already wach the view, it's only the first step of many to reach the top. If you don't take this step, you know for sure, you'll never reach the top. It depends on your condition and your need, if you'll ever reach the top. Some people feel completely happy with 10 minutes of meditation daily and don't want to go on with silence meditation or else. It's oké if it makes you feel more better. WARNING: When you're in psychological need and you can't control your emotion; First ask your doctor if it's oké for you to do meditation. Meditation can be verry confronting for yourself.
